Booking Policy
  • Reservation Confirmation: All bookings require a 100% advance payment to confirm your reservation at Hotel Aatreyee. Until full payment is received, the booking will not be considered confirmed and may be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

  • Payment Methods: We accept secure online payments through Razorpay for a hassle-free and safe transaction experience. Please ensure payments are made promptly to avoid losing your booking.

  • Booking Modifications: Any changes to your booking, including date shifts or room type changes, must be requested at least 7 days prior to the original check-in date. Modifications are subject to availability and approval by the hotel and may incur additional charges.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the check-in date will incur no cancellation charges and will be fully refunded. Cancellations between 30 to 15 days prior to check-in will attract a one-night pro-rata cancellation charge. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the entire booking amount.

  • Check-in and Check-out: Standard check-in time is from 12:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and additional fees.

  • Special Requests: Guests may request special services such as extra beds, dietary requirements, or airport transfers at the time of booking. While we strive to accommodate all requests, they are subject to availability and may require extra charges.

  • Group Bookings: For bookings of more than 5 rooms or large groups, please contact our reservations team directly for tailored arrangements and policies.

  • No-show Policy: Failure to arrive without prior cancellation or notice will result in the full retention of the booking amount.

  • Hotel Rights: Hotel Aatreyee reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in case of any violations of policies, fraudulent bookings, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or force majeure events.

  • Guest Responsibility: Guests are expected to respect hotel property, staff, other guests, and local laws during their stay. Any damage caused by guests may be charged accordingly.

  • Privacy and Security: All personal and payment information collected during the booking process is handled securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
