Booking Procedure

To confirm your reservation at Hotel Aatreyee, a 100% advance payment is required prior to check-in. Bookings will be confirmed only after the full advance payment is received. Please ensure timely payment to avoid cancellation.

Online Payment
We accept secure online payments through Razorpay. Use the "Pay Now" option to complete your payment safely and instantly. Razorpay guarantees a smooth and secure transaction process for all guests.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Our cancellation charges are as follows:

• More than 30 days before check-in: No cancellation charges; full refund.

• Between 30 to 15 days before check-in: One night pro-rata cancellation charge applies.

• Within 14 days of check-in: Cancellation charges for the entire booking period; no refund.

• Amendments or postponements within 7 days prior to check-in: One night retention fee applies.

• No Show: Full booking amount is retained; no refund.

General Policies

• All prices are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.

• Check-in time is from 12:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.

• Guests are expected to respect hotel property and local customs to ensure a pleasant experience for all.

• Hotel Aatreyee reserves the right to refuse service to any guest violating policies or local regulations.

• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Dibrugarh district courts, Assam.
